About Me

Hi, my name is Kayla, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I knew at a very early age that I wanted to be in a helping profession.  Learning about the powerful impact of healing through therapy in my own life’s work,  I always knew I wanted to give that gift  to others.  I use many different treatment modalities to help my patients including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness. I will help you set clear goals, and I use a straight forward approach to help you reach them.

Outside of work, I am a mom and wife residing in Northern California. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being in nature and cooking.
